Hi, we're Amay

Amay Health is a digital mental health company based in Munich. Our mission is to help people stay mentally healthy through digital prevention and feel better.

Our story

Amay is inspired by our volunteer work in Munaychay, a children's home in the Andes of Peru. There, we witnessed firsthand the need for early mental health support and were driven to make a change.

Why 'Amay'?

Amay comes from the Quechuan word 'Amaychay' and means 'to protect'. We chose this name to honour the indigenous people of Peru who inspired us to build Amay Health and to remind us of the fact that everyone deserves to stay mentally healthy and receive access to mental health, especially in the remotest and most underserved areas of the world.
